Storyline :

Be Up to Date 1938 Betty Boop is in the mountains selling hardware and house goods out of her trailer She arrives at a hillbilly settlement, and the locals buy her wares and put them to odd uses a woman uses a waffle iron to pet a permanent wave in her hair a man buys an outboard motor and hitches it to a plow, and the finales has Betty leading the town band as the members play their home made instruments
